• Registered Massage Therapist

What we look for a Clinic and Admin Manager:

• Previous management or supervisory experience

• Degree in Administration or equivalent experience in administration, business or related field.

• Experience in medical office management or healthcare management within a clinical setting which includes Jane App software implementation, Invoicing/Direct Billing extended health benefits.

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Knowledge of administrative systems and office procedures.

• Experience with fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle processes.

Your Duties:

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic.

• Supervise office and reception including scheduling, patient flow, and practitioners’ coordination to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.

• Coordinate patient appointments and front-desk operations including answering phone calls, voicemails, and emails.

• Manage clinic billing, invoicing, and record systems.

• Maintain inventory of office and clinic supplies.

• Prepare administrative reports for management review.

• Manage fiscal responsibilities such as bookkeeping, financial management, billing processes including collecting account receivables.

• Develop and improve office procedures for efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with clinic administrative policies that are efficient, professional, and organized.

• Liaise with suppliers and service providers.

• Assist in the hiring process of contractors.

• Minimal housekeeping such as maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of the clinic especially the front desk and the staff room.
